目的探讨上皮-钙粘素(E-cadherin)和粘着斑激酶(FAK)在星形瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法采用S-P免疫组化方法检测E-cadherin、FAK在48例不同级别星形细胞瘤及12例正常脑组织中的表达。结果E-cadherin和FAK在正常脑组织与星形细胞瘤之间及星形细胞瘤高低级别组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达随着星形细胞瘤级别的升高而降低,FAK的表达随着星形细胞瘤级别的升高而升高,且二者在星形细胞瘤中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.354,P<0.01)。结论FAK的过度表达和E-cadherin的表达下调在星形细胞瘤的侵袭及恶性进展中起着重要作用,两者的表达可能与星形细胞瘤患者的预后密切相关,提示可作为反映星形细胞瘤恶性程度及预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of epithelial-cadherin and focal adhesion kinase (FAK) in astrocytoma. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and FAK in 48 cases of different grades of astrocytoma and 12 cases of normal brain tissue were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results E-cadherin and FAK in normal brain tissue and astrocytomas and astrocytoma high and low grade group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), E-cadherin expression with astrocytoma level FAK increased with the increase of astrocytoma grade, and the expression of FAK was negatively correlated with astrocytoma (r = -0.354, P <0.01). Conclusion The overexpression of FAK and the downregulation of E-cadherin play an important role in the invasion and malignant progression of astrocytoma. The expression of both may be closely related to the prognosis of astrocytoma patients, The malignant degree of the tumor and the index of the prognosis.
