现如今,由于编辑工作的内容与性质等原因造成了编辑人员中普遍存在着职业倦怠的现象,编辑人员长时间处在复杂的人际关系中,并且还需要应对繁琐的工作内容,因此,出现了职业倦怠。在二十世纪七十年代,我国就已经开始研究职业倦怠,截止到目前也取得了较好的研究成果,既提高了职业满意度,同时也有利于促进个人的全面发展。基于此,文中重点分析了导致编辑人员产生职业倦怠的因素,并提出了相应的建议。
