在小角散射中多用Guinier近似法求粒度分布 ,一般认为角度越低会越好 .指出在低角区叠加有粒子间的干涉效应 ,不能直接用来确定粒度 ,应设法消除或避开 ,且干涉效应是角度越低就越大 ,因而也不能认为角度越低近似程度会越好 .而且不论粒度分布如何 ,作出的Guinier图都是一条直线 ,因此不能用此法测定颗粒的粒度分布 ,以前用来测定粒度分布的逐级切线法是不正确的 ,应改用其他方法 .
In the small-angle scattering, Guerier approximation is usually used to determine the particle size distribution. Generally speaking, the lower the angle, the better .It is pointed out that the effect of interference between particles superimposed in the low-angle area can not be directly used to determine the particle size and should be eliminated or avoided. The effect is that the lower the angle is, the larger the angle is, therefore, the lower the angle is, the better the degree of approximation is. Also, regardless of the particle size distribution, the Guinier diagram is a straight line. Therefore, this method can not be used to determine the particle size distribution. The step-by-step tangent method to determine the particle size distribution is incorrect and other methods should be used instead.
