以云南不同生态区烤烟云烟85烟叶为材料,采用气质联用仪对烤烟主要挥发性香气物质含量进行了分析。结果表明:6个烤烟种植区烟叶挥发性香气成分中仅二氢猕猴桃内酯、金合欢基丙酮、新植二烯含量不存在极显著差异,其余挥发性香气成分均存在显著性地区差异。滇东北地区烤烟芳香族氨基酸降解产物、美拉德反应物、类胡萝卜素降解产物和新植二烯含量最高,滇西南地区西柏烷类化合物含量最高。
The main volatile aroma components in flue-cured tobacco were analyzed by GC / MS in the tobacco leaves of Yunyan 85 in different ecological regions in Yunnan Province. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of only dihydrogen kiwifruit, acacia, acetone and neophytadiene among the volatile aroma components of tobacco in the six flue-cured tobacco growing areas. There were significant regional differences in the other volatile aroma components. The aromatic amino acid degradation products, the Maillard reactants, carotenoid degradation products and neophytadiene in flue-cured tobacco in northeastern Yunnan were the highest, while the content of cembranes in southwestern Yunnan was the highest.
