目的了解滇东北等地区蚊虫及蚊传虫媒病毒分布特点,为虫媒病毒病防治提供科学依据。方法 2009年在滇东北等地区的6个县采集蚊虫标本;蚊虫经分类鉴定后,用细胞培养法分离病毒,对病毒分离物进行分子生物学鉴定。结果共采集到4属(库蚊、按蚊、阿蚊、伊蚊)24种18562只蚊虫,其中三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊为主要蚊种,构成比分别为58.37%和28.45%;从蚊虫标本中分离到15株病毒,经分子生物学鉴定,其中2株(YN0911和YN0967)为基因Ⅰ型流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)病毒,均分离自三带喙库蚊;1株(YN0922)为版纳病毒,分离自中华按蚊;12株为淡色库蚊浓核病毒,其中9株分离自三带喙库蚊,3株分离自中华按蚊。结论三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊为调查地区的优势蚊种,并携带乙脑病毒、版纳病毒和淡色库蚊浓核病毒;滇东北地区首次分离到乙脑病毒。
Objective To understand the distribution of mosquitoes and mosquitoes in northeastern Yunnan and other regions and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of arboviral viruses. Methods In 2009, mosquitoes were collected from 6 counties in northeastern Yunnan and other regions. The mosquitoes were classified and identified. The viruses were isolated by cell culture and the virus isolates were identified by molecular biology. Results A total of 18,562 mosquitoes belonging to 24 genera (Culex, Anopheles, A and Aedes) were collected, of which Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis were the major mosquito species with the proportions of 58.37% and 28.45%, respectively. Fifteen viruses were isolated from mosquitoes and identified by molecular biology. Two of them (YN0911 and YN0967) were genotype I Japanese encephalitis viruses, all isolated from Culex tritaeniorhynchus; 1 Strain (YN0922) was a Banna virus and was isolated from Anopheles sinensis. Twelve of them were Cryptocaryon persilis (CNV), of which 9 were isolated from Culex tritaeniorhynchus and 3 were isolated from Anopheles sinensis. Conclusions Three Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis are the dominant mosquitoes in the survey area, and carry the DNA viruses of JE, BAV and Culex pipiens pallens; the first isolate of JE virus in northeastern Yunnan.
