在课堂教学活动中,建立良好的师生关系,实现师生间的互动,是适应素质教育的需要。课堂上通过师生互动,培养学生学习的愿望和创新能力,关注学生的兴趣,使学生在课堂上主动参与、乐于探究,勤于动手,把课堂变为学堂,不断提高获取知识的能力,分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力,学生参与意识强,实现教学相长和共同发展,培养了学生的创新思维。
In the classroom teaching activities, to establish a good relationship between teachers and students to achieve the interaction between teachers and students is to meet the needs of quality education. Through the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom, students develop their desire and ability to learn, pay attention to the students’ interest, make students take the initiative to participate in the classroom, be willing to explore, diligently, turn the classroom into a school, and constantly improve their ability to acquire knowledge.
