新时期高职高专院校得到了长足的发展,办学实力不断增强,招生规模不断扩大。高职院校的学生管理队伍——辅导员,作为联系学校和学生的桥梁和纽带,所起的作用也是至关重要的。总体上看,辅导员队伍还不能很好地适应高职高专院校的快速发展,还存在着一些问题和困难。因此,新形势下如何对高职高专院校辅导员队伍进行一个准确的角色定位,如何明确辅导员队伍未来的发展方向,就显得尤为重要。
