城市生活方式是城市地理学和城市社会学的关键议题,是理解城市社会、文化、空间特征的重要维度。特别是在转型期的中国,城市空间究竟能否塑造和支持现代的城市生活方式成为快速城市化背景下应该重新思考的问题。在已有的城市社会学研究框架内,城市生活方式研究与城市发展和社会问题紧密相关,逐步形成了对城市化与城市生活方式关系的不同理解。研究视角从决定论、合成理论、亚文化理论发展到社会空间视角,行为被看作是城市生活方式的外在表现,空间作为城市生活方式的重要机制逐渐凸显。因此,需要从地理学的角度重新解读城市生活方式,特别是群体与空间的互动对于城市生活方式形成的作用机制。本文将系统梳理国内外城市生活方式研究的脉络,并基于城市地理学的视角从空间与行为的角度重新解读城市生活方式,试图构建基于空间行为的中国城市生活方式研究框架。
Urban lifestyles are the key issues in urban geography and urban sociology and are important dimensions in understanding the social, cultural and spatial characteristics of cities. Especially in the transitional period of China, whether urban space can shape and support modern urban lifestyles should become a problem to be rethought in the context of rapid urbanization. Within the framework of existing urban sociological research, the study of urban life style is closely related to urban development and social issues, and has gradually formed a different understanding of the relationship between urbanization and urban lifestyles. From the view of determinism, synthesis theory and subculture theory to the perspective of social space, behavior is regarded as the external manifestation of urban life style. As an important mechanism of urban life style, space is gradually highlighted. Therefore, it is necessary to reinterpret the mechanism of urban lifestyle, especially the interaction between groups and space, on the formation of urban life style from the perspective of geography. Based on the perspective of urban geography, this paper systematically reviews the context of urban life style research both at home and abroad, and reinterprets urban life style from the perspective of urban geography and attempts to construct a research framework of Chinese urban life style based on spatial behavior.
