我校起重运输机械专业七四级工农兵学员在教师指导下,设计了具有公共行星轮双内啮合2K-H行星齿轮减速器(参看图1),由我校机械厂试制两台,用于该厂机工车间的5吨单梁起重机大车运行机构上,至78年初已应用半年之久,使用情况良好。本刊1975年第4期介绍日本的“少齿差内齿轮差动减速器”的行星轮是个齿数不同的双联齿轮,存在着不便于用滚齿机加工齿轮等缺点。我们建议当减速器的传动比i=20~100时,可用一个齿轮代替双联行星齿轮,也就是两级内啮合齿轮付采用相同的行星轮,即公共行星轮,这样可使结构简单,加工方便。
