感恩,来自于心理的满足,来自于对人、对事的宽容和理解,来自于一种回报他人和社会的良好心态。感恩,能够促进相互信任、相互理解、相互尊重,有利于良好的人际关系的建立。所以我们需要对亲人、朋友以及无私帮助我们的陌生人说声谢谢,而且把它变成一种习惯。心存感恩与向人道谢是两个通往成功的习惯。学习感谢是迈向自我实现重要的一大步。 Thanksgiving, from the psychological satisfaction, from people, things about tolerance and understanding, comes from a good attitude to return to others and the community. Thanksgiving, can promote mutual trust, mutual understanding, mutual respect, is conducive to the establishment of good relationships. So we need to say thank you to our loved ones, friends and selfless strangers who helped us and make it a habit. Being thankful and grateful is two habits that lead to success. Learning to be grateful is a big step toward self-fulfillment.
