在班级管理中,激励机制是必不可少的,也是十分重要的。但是激励的方法要时常变换,如今天奖励一个小粘贴,明天就可换成大喜报。有时还可结合上课的,把一些用过的教具奖给学生。学生已经进入高年级了,于是,今年我把奖励方式换成了大奖状。为使奖励具有持久性、激励性,我分成两个阶段进行:期中考试前,如果谁在平时的表现中积累的小粘贴最多,谁就可以获得相应奖项的大奖状。期中考试结束
