目的:提高完善养真生发颗粒质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对丹参、黄芪和白芷进行鉴别,并按《中国药典》第四部颗粒剂项下方法对粒度、水分、装量差异进行检验。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性良好,粒度、装量差异等检查项均符合规定。结论:该质量控制方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于养真生发颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To improve the quality standards of the Zhensheng Shengfa Granules. Methods: The TLC method was used to identify Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Alba, and the differences in particle size, moisture content and loading capacity were tested according to the method of Part IV granules in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. RESULTS: The TLC chromatogram spots were clear, specific and reproducible, and the particle size, loading capacity, and other items were all in compliance. Conclusion: The quality control method is simple, reliable and accurate. It can be used for quality control of nourishing hair growth particles.
