[目的]研究沙棘汁对醋酸铅所致小鼠脑脂质过氧化、胆碱酯酶及MAO -A、B活性及单胺类神经递质变化的影响。[方法]采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定脂质过氧化作用中的中间产物MDA ;碱性羟胺法测定胆碱酯酶活性;苄胺法测定MAO- A、B活性;荧光法测定单胺类神经递质含量。[结果]2 0d腹腔注射醋酸铅1 0mg/kg组小鼠,其脑组织MDA含量明显增多,胆碱酯酶活性升高,MAO A、B活性增高,同时给予2 0 %、4 0 %沙棘汁可以不同程度地缓解这种脑组织神经生化改变。给铅组小鼠脑组织NE、5- HE、5- HIAA含量明显减少,80 %沙棘汁能拮抗此种变化,但DA含量未见明显改变。[结论]2 0 %、4 0 %沙棘汁能拮抗铅致小鼠脑脂质过氧化、胆碱酯酶及MAO- A、B活性及单胺类神经递质含量的改变。
[Objective] To study the effects of sea buckthorn juice on lipid peroxidation, cholinesterase, MAO-A, B activity and monoamine neurotransmitter in brain induced by lead acetate in mice. [Method] Thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method was used to determine the MDA content of lipid peroxidation. The activity of cholinesterase was determined by alkaline hydroxylamine method. The activity of MAO-A and B was determined by benzylamine method. Amine neurotransmitter content. [Result] The contents of MDA in brain tissue and the activity of MAO A and B in 20 mg / kg Pb (ip) group were significantly higher than those in control group Neurodegenerative changes of this brain tissue can be alleviated to varying degrees. The contents of NE, 5-HE and 5-HIAA in the brain of the lead-treated mice were significantly reduced, 80% of the sea buckthorn juice could antagonize this change, but the DA content did not change significantly. [Conclusion] 200% and 40% of sea buckthorn juice can antagonize the changes of lipid peroxidation, activity of cholinesterase, MAO-A and B and monoamine neurotransmitter in the brain of lead-induced mice.
