自1995年10月30日第八届全国人大常委会审议通过《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》以来,我国食品卫生监督管理工作已进入新的历史阶段。一年多来,全国各地创业主管部门认真贯彻实施《食品卫生法》,规范食品生产经营活动和行为,确保食品安全卫生、预防食品中毒和食源性疾病,并动员全社会都来学习、宣传,贯彻《食品卫生法》,提高全国人民依法维护目身健康权益的能力。
