利用计算流体动力学软件CFX,对静压轴承的油膜进行流体稳态分析。得到油膜的流场、速度场和压力场分布,通过流固耦合分析将油膜的压力作为静压轴承主轴结构静力分析载荷,得到了油膜在不同下腔包角对轴承的径向承载特性影响规律。结果表明:静压轴承的承载力满足链轮组件的承载要求;轴承承载能力随着偏心距的增大而增大,随着下腔包角的增大先增大后减小;油膜刚度随着偏心距的增大先增大后减小。研究结果对静压轴承结构参数的优化提供理论依据。
Fluid dynamics analysis of the hydrostatic bearing oil film was performed using computational fluid dynamics software CFX. The flow field, velocity field and pressure field distribution of the oil film were obtained. Through the fluid-solid coupling analysis, the pressure of the oil film was taken as the static analysis load of the main shaft structure of the hydrostatic bearing, and the radial bearing characteristics of the oil film under different lower chamber angles were obtained law. The results show that the bearing capacity of hydrostatic bearing meets the bearing requirements of sprocket assembly. The bearing capacity of bearing increases with the increase of eccentricity and then increases with the increase of lower cladding angle. The eccentricity increases first and then decreases. The results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the structural parameters of hydrostatic bearing.
