转换酶抑制剂广泛用于治疗充血性心力衰竭(Congestive Heart Failure,CHF),但这类药对冠心病心绞痛(Angina Pectoris,AP)伴CHF患者的疗效研究较少,国外少数报道用这类药后AP加重。本文随机、单盲观察开搏通(Captopril,CPT)对冠心病稳定劳力型AP伴CHF患者的影响,通过测定血浆激素初步探讨其影响机制。
Conversion enzyme inhibitors are widely used in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF), but these drugs have less effect on the patients with angina pectoris (AP) and CHF. Few reports from abroad use these drugs AP after the increase. This article randomized, single-blind observation of Captopril (CPT) on stable labor-type AP with CHF in patients with coronary heart disease, by measuring the plasma hormone to explore the mechanism of its impact.
