前言为减轻和防止锅炉空气预热器的低温腐蚀,经常采用热风再循环来提高预热器的进口风温,但进口风温变化后,必然会影响排烟温度。因此,在做锅炉鉴定试验或进行大修前后的热经济性比较时,都应将进风参数修正到某一基准值,方能加以正确判别。本文以 SG50410型锅炉为例,对空气预热器的热力特性进行了计算和分析,来解决上述问题。
Preface To reduce and prevent the boiler air preheater low temperature corrosion, hot air recirculation is often used to improve the preheater inlet air temperature, but the inlet air temperature changes, will inevitably affect the exhaust gas temperature. Therefore, when making the boiler identification test or comparing the thermal economy before and after the overhaul, the inlet air parameters should be corrected to a certain reference value, so that the correct identification can be made. In this paper, SG50410 boiler, for example, the thermal characteristics of the air preheater were calculated and analyzed to solve the above problems.
