离子色谱法是比较新的离子分析技术。自1975年问世以来,已经有了惊人的发展。现这一方法已广泛地应用于环境监测、盐水、土壤、血液、尿、乳制品、锅炉水等试样的分析之中。但如何将这一分析方法应用于皮革生产过程中的分析,是本文的目的。本实验选择了成都科技大学皮革研究所研制的离子色谱仪对制革生产中的浸酸废液、铬鞣废液、污水中的氯离子含量进行了测定。研究表明这是一种快速、简便,准确的方法,特别对科研与生产中的大批样连续测定,提供了一种可行的方法。
Ion chromatography is a relatively new ion analysis technique. Since its introduction in 1975, there has been a remarkable development. Now this method has been widely used in environmental monitoring, salt, soil, blood, urine, dairy products, boiler water, etc. Analysis of the sample. But how to apply this method to the analysis of leather production process is the purpose of this paper. In this experiment, the ion chromatography developed by Institute of Leather Science and Technology of Chengdu University of Science and Technology was used to determine the content of chloride ion in pickling liquid, chromium tanning liquid waste and sewage in tannery production. The research shows that this is a fast, simple and accurate method, and it provides a feasible method especially for continuous determination of a large number of samples in research and production.
