四川理县星河电力有限公司把离退休人员管理服务工作作为各项工作的组成部分,以“四心”工作法做好离退休人员管理工作,即:实施关爱机制,使离退休职工“放心”;强化服务措施相,使离退休职工“暖心”;加强好思想政治工作,使离退休职工“顺心”;加强阵地建设相,使离退休职工“舒心”。同时对离退休人员管理服务工作中存在的问题及原因进行分析,制定相应对策,并以“五个坚持”进一步做好离退休人员管理服务工作。
