采用活化溅射方法在Ni-Ti形状记忆合金表面制备TiO2薄膜,并对覆膜Ni-Ti合金与316L不锈钢的血小板黏附及抗凝血性能进行了对比评价。研究结果表明,覆膜Ni-Ti合金血小板黏附数量少,没有伸出伪足,未出现变形和团聚现象,形成血栓的可能性极低;覆膜Ni-Ti形状记忆合金的凝血时间要长于316L不锈钢。与316L不锈钢相比,TiO2覆膜Ni-Ti形状记忆合金具有更优的血液相容性,是一种较理想的生物医学材料,具有较高的临床应用价值。
TiO2 film was prepared on the surface of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy by activated sputtering method, and the platelet adhesion and anticoagulant properties of the coated Ni-Ti alloy and 316L stainless steel were evaluated. The results showed that the platelet Ni-Ti alloy platelet adhesion number is small, there is no extended pseudopodia, no deformation and agglomeration phenomenon, the possibility of thrombosis is extremely low; coated Ni-Ti shape memory alloy clotting time is longer than 316L stainless steel. Compared with 316L stainless steel, TiO2-coated Ni-Ti shape memory alloy has better blood compatibility and is an ideal biomedical material with high clinical value.
