集体交接班,是新时期执政党和国家领导干部新老交替的原则。十一届三中全会以来,在邓小平等老一辈革命家的率先垂范和党的第二代、第三代领导集体的积极推动下,中央领导层在干部新老交替方式上逐步实现了集体交接班,展现了一个从先例到惯例并走向制度化的进程,彰显了中国政治领导人的非凡勇气、开阔胸怀和深远韬略,也展现了中国政治改革和发展过程中措施和制度上的创新成就。
The collective handover of cadres is the principle that the ruling party and the state’s leading cadres should be replaced by new ones and old ones in the new era.
