[目的]探究秋水仙素对山东丹参丛生芽诱导的可行性。[方法]采用秋水仙素处理方法诱导山东丹参丛生芽。[结果]添加12mg/L秋水仙素时,多倍体诱导率最高(36.6%),存活率只有16.7%;添加8mg/L秋水仙素时,多倍体诱导率为15.9%,成活率最高(40.0%)。多倍体山东丹参的植株粗壮,叶片大而厚,颜色深,叶片下表皮上的气孔密度小,长度长。[结论]秋水仙素能有效诱导丛生芽,并获得了丹参多倍体育种材料,为缩短育种进程奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the feasibility of colchicine on the induction of cluster shoots of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Shandong. [Method] Colchicine was induced in Shandong by colchicine treatment. [Result] The polyploid induction rate was the highest (36.6%) with the addition of 12 mg / L colchicine and the survival rate was only 16.7%. When 8 mg / L colchicine was added, the polyploid induction rate was 15.9% and the survival rate was the highest (40.0%). Polyploid Shandong Danshen plant thick, large and thick leaves, dark colors, stomatal density on the lower epidermis, long length. [Conclusion] Colchicine could effectively induce the clustered buds, and obtained the polyploid breeding material of Salvia miltiorrhiza, laying the foundation for shortening the breeding process.
