全国矿山机械标准化技术委员会成立暨第一次会议予9月6～8日在洛阳矿山机器厂召开。委员会由机械委、煤炭部、冶金部等单位的专家、学者和标准化人员共28名组成。沈光逵担任主任委员、张世卿、王守义,崔绍纲压副主任委员,陈起富任秘书长。秘书处设在洛阳矿山机械研究所行业标准室。委员们认真讨论并通过了《全国矿山机械标准化技术委员会章程》和《全国矿山机械标准技术委员会秘书处工作简则》,还酝酿成立九个分技术委员会等事宜。
The National Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee was established and the first meeting was held on September 6-8 at Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory. The committee consists of 28 experts, scholars and standardization personnel from the Machinery Industry Committee, the Coal Ministry, and the Ministry of Metallurgy. Shen Guangxuan served as chairman, Zhang Shiqing, Wang Shouyi, Cui Shaogang as deputy chairman, and Chen Qifu as secretary general. The secretariat is located in the Industry Standard Room of the Luoyang Mining Machinery Research Institute. The committee members seriously discussed and adopted the “Constitution of the National Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee” and “The National Mining Machinery Standards Technical Committee Secretariat Work Briefing”, and also brewed the establishment of nine sub-technical committees and other matters.
