视网膜血管受其内在的非神经机制调控,其效应器细胞是血管平滑肌细胞,但在灵长类视网膜血管,其自动调控的效应器细胞有证据表明为视网膜外膜细胞,此细胞含有平滑肌细胞肌动蛋白和肌浆球蛋白的异构体,与平滑肌细胞有类似的形态和生物学特点。(一)内皮素1:Yanagisawa等(1988)分离并鉴定了源于内皮细胞的21氨基酸血管收缩多肽,并命名为内皮素。3个前内皮素(pre-proendothelin)经蛋白水解,产生3种异构体,即内皮素1、2、3(ET_1、ET_2、ET_3)。
