教师的个人形象和沟通方式在教学中起着极为重要的作用,也直接影响教学的效果。民航乘务人员的身体语言在对客服务中有着重要的影响,能对语言交流起到辅助、补充甚至是强化的作用。提升乘务专业教师的身体语言水平,使其在教学中能合理运用并起到示范作用,可有效提升教学效果。本文就民航乘务工作身体语言特征、教师身体语言塑造及其在教学中的运用等问题,探讨了教师身体语言在教学中的意义、运用与提升途径。
The teacher’s personal image and communication style play an extremely important role in teaching and also directly affect the teaching effect. Civilian flight attendant’s body language has an important influence on customer service, and can play an auxiliary, supplementary and even reinforcing role in language exchange. To enhance the body language proficiency of trainee professional teachers so that they can be used rationally in teaching and play an exemplary role can effectively enhance the teaching effectiveness. This paper discusses the body language features of civil aviation crew work, the shaping of teachers’ body language and its application in teaching, and discusses the meaning, application and promotion of teacher body language in teaching.
