尽管目前国内还没有完整的电子病案系统,但电子病案作为医院临床信息系统重要组成部分,它的使用已成为一种趋势。它不仅提高了医疗工作效率、质量,还加强了医院环节管理,使病人医疗信息共享成为可能。本文结合我院病案电子化系统的应用情况,就其优越性及存在问题做一些探讨,提出解决问题的对策,从而有助于我院更好的实现病案的电子化。
Although there is not a complete electronic medical records system in China at present, the use of electronic medical records has become a trend as an important part of the hospital clinical information system. It not only improves the efficiency and quality of medical work, but also strengthens the management of hospital links and makes it possible for patients to share medical information. Based on the application of medical record system in our hospital, this article makes some discussions on its superiority and existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, which will help our hospital to better realize the electronic medical record.
