目的:探讨食管贲门双源癌癌组织中人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)感染、P16INK4A、P21WAF1蛋白表达与食管贲门癌变的关系。方法:采用PCR检测17例双源癌食管鳞癌(SCC)和贲门腺癌(GCA)组织HPV16型DNA(HPV16-DNA),采用免疫组织化学方法检测P16INK4A、P21WAF1蛋白的表达。结果:17例SCC组织中HPV16-DNA检出率为8/17,GCA组织为5/17,且有2例患者SCC和GCA组织中同时检测到HPV16-DNA。2种组织中P16INK4A和P21WAF1蛋白均有不同程度表达,且表达的一致性较高(P均>0.05)。SCC、GCA组织中P16INK4A、P21WAF1蛋白表达与HPV16感染无关(P>0.05)。结论:HPV可能是SCC和GCA共同相关致病危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, P16INK4A, P21WAF1 protein expression and esophageal and gastric cardia carcinogenesis in esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma. Methods: HPV16 DNA was detected by PCR in 17 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and gastric cardia adenocarcinoma (GCA). The expression of P16INK4A and P21WAF1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of HPV16-DNA in 17 cases of SCC was 8/17 and that of GCA was 5/17. HPV16-DNA was also detected in 2 cases of SCC and GCA. The expression of P16INK4A and P21WAF1 protein in the two tissues were all expressed to different degrees, and the expression consistency was higher (all P> 0.05). The expression of P16INK4A and P21WAF1 in SCC and GCA tissues was not related to HPV16 infection (P> 0.05). Conclusion: HPV may be a common risk factor associated with SCC and GCA.
