离心脱水粗粒煤的离心脱水帕斯莱拿钢铁公司26号选煤厂一台连续给料振动式离心机作为粗粒度煤离心脱水试验。入粒粒度为1英寸~28网目和3/8英寸~28网目。最初的试验确定,在正常操作条件下,处理量约为110吨/时,这两种粒度的物料均能取得最佳脱水时效果:产品水份分别为5.6%和6.2%。然后我们采取加热入料的方法,以减小水的粘度,加强水的分离。
Centrifugal Dehydration of Coarse Granular Coal Centrifugal Dewatering A continuously fed vibratory centrifuge at Pasley Steel Corporation’s No. 26 Coal Preparation Plant was used as the coarse-grained coal centrifuge dewatering test. Grain size is 1 inch to 28 mesh and 3/8 inch to 28 mesh. Initial tests determined that under normal operating conditions, the throughput was about 110 t / h, both of which were optimal for dewatering: the product moisture was 5.6% and 6.2%, respectively. Then we take the heating method of feeding, in order to reduce the viscosity of water, strengthen the separation of water.
