在固定床微分反应器中研究了以碳酸钠为催化剂的阳泉煤焦气化本征动力学。气化压力为1.37MPa,温度为740—780℃。考察了气化温度、蒸汽压力、催化剂浓度、碳转化率对气化速率的影响以及温度对催化剂失活的影响。结果表明,加入Na_2CO_2后,煤焦的气化活化能由非催化的295kJ/mol降为266KJ/mol;气化速率与水蒸汽分压无关;与催化剂添加量成正比;与剩余转化率(1-X)的1.22次幂成正比。
The intrinsic kinetics of gasification of Yangquan coal char using sodium carbonate as a catalyst was studied in a fixed bed differential reactor. Gasification pressure of 1.37MPa, the temperature of 740-780 ℃. The effects of gasification temperature, steam pressure, catalyst concentration, carbon conversion rate on gasification rate and temperature on catalyst deactivation were investigated. The results show that the gasification activation energy of coal char decreases from uncatalyzed 295kJ / mol to 266KJ / mol after addition of Na_2CO_2. The gasification rate has nothing to do with the partial pressure of water vapor and is proportional to the amount of catalyst added. -X) is proportional to the power of 1.22.
