熊××,男,56岁,玉林县沙田公社农民。1976年8月14日下午8时许被银环蛇咬伤右足部,先后经公社卫生院及玉林镇某蛇医治疗,均无效。于15日上午送入玉林××医院。入院时神志昏迷,呼吸微弱,血压维持在正常范围。不久突然呼吸停止,即行气管切开抢救。自主呼吸恢复后,又出现肺部感染。以后经多方治疗,肺部感染好转,但一直昏迷不醒,并出现抽搐。住院40天,病情未见好转,于9月23日病人家属要求出院。
Xiong × ×, male, 56 years old, peasant of Shatian Commune in Yulin County. On August 14, 1976, at 8 o’clock in the afternoon, the right foot was bitten by Yinhuan snake. After being treated by a public hospital and a snake health practitioner in Yulin Town, they were all invalid. On the morning of the 15th, he was sent to the Yulin Hospital. When I was admitted to the hospital, I was unconscious, and my breathing was weak. The blood pressure remained in the normal range. Suddenly the breathing stopped suddenly and tracheotomy was performed. After spontaneous breathing resumed, there was another lung infection. After being treated with multiple treatments, the infection of the lungs improved, but it was unconscious and convulsions. After hospitalization for 40 days, the condition did not improve. On September 23, the patient’s family requested discharge.
