中央在今年的党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的部署中，把积极推进干部人事制度改革作为从源头上预防和治理腐败的一个工作重点。中共中央组织部也部署了要通过深化干部人事制度改革，建立健全相关制度，进而形成良好的用人机制和监督机制，铲除用人上的不正之风和腐败现象滋生蔓延
In this year’s deployment of building a clean government and fighting corruption, the Central Government has made active efforts to promote the reform of the cadre and personnel system as a priority for corruption prevention and control at the source. The Organizational Department of the CPC Central Committee also deployed to establish and perfect relevant systems through deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system so as to form a good employment mechanism and supervision mechanism to eradicate the unhealthy tenure of personnel and the spread of corruption
