文章根据农村学校美术教学的现状,结合美术课程标准对农村、边远地区及少数民族地区的学校可以因地制宜、充分利用当地的各种资源,开展有特色的美术教学活动的要求,通过依托教研团队开发课程资源、充分利用当地文化遗产资源、合理借助区域自然环境资源、大力挖掘本地民间美术资源和积累身边可重复运用的资源的策略,激励美术教师不断提高自身的课程意识,勇于实践、善于观察、勤于收集,科学合理地开发和利用美术课程资源,让身边乡土的美术课程资源源源不断地进入学生的视野、走进美术课堂、融入美术教学,为培养具有人文精神、创新能力、审美素养和艺术修养的人才发挥作用。
