学校工作需要落实,方有实效。许多学校工作实践已经证明,即使管理理念再超前,计划制定得再周详,如果落实不到位,一切都是空谈。人是有惰性的,特别是工作了十几年甚至几十年的老教师,更会产生职业倦怠。如果每次例会时,学校安排的工作纷杂多样,可能就会让教师应接不暇。又如果学校仅仅把工作安排下去,让教师自觉去完成,忽视督促检查和反馈,工作认真踏实的教师,可能会把工作不折不扣地完成,一些善于投机取巧的教师则不尽然。
School work needs to be implemented, with effective results. Many school work practices have proved that even if the management philosophy is ahead of schedule, the plan is well defined and everything is empty talk if not implemented. People are inert, especially for older teachers who have been working for more than a decade or even decades, and even more job burnout. If each regular meeting, the school arrangements varied and diverse, may make teachers overwhelmed. And if the school just arranged for work to let teachers consciously complete, ignoring the supervision and feedback and feedback, serious and practical work of teachers, the work may be completed without loss, some good at opportunistic teachers are not necessarily.
