Fuling District of Chongqing is located at the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Wujiang River. The territory of the river is 110 kilometers in length. It is one of the four pilot projects of greening the Yangtze River in Chongqing in 2009 and one of the eight demonstration districts and counties in 2010. It is also the starting point of greening both banks of the Yangtze River in Chongqing. With the further promotion of forest engineering in Chongqing, what is the implementation status of the construction of a central city in the Three Gorges area?
