玻璃钢船的制造方法一般是在粘结剂固化和表面清净以后进行涂漆。最近我厂采用国产原材料,成功地试制了带胶衣层玻璃钢船。玻璃钢船表面使用胶衣层能提高制品的耐气候性,耐水性和耐化学性,还能改善制品的表面性能。用油漆涂刷的玻璃钢艇体,表面油漆容易剥落,耐老化性能差。而表面使用了胶衣层则能弥补这些缺陷,延长了玻璃钢艇体的使用寿命,减少保养时间。对于制造厂来说,减少了油漆这道工序,缩短了建造周期。据统计,由于胶衣层能在模具内与玻璃钢艇体一次成型,省下的工时约占总工时的8%,一年节约下来的劳动工时是相当可观的。目前,此项工艺尚属初试阶段,现介绍如下,望与同志们共同探讨提高。
