对131名中老年男子进行观察测定,结果表明长期健身跑可阻止体内自由基水平的升高,减少自由基对组织细胞的损伤,从而起到延缓衰老的作用。
131 elderly men were observed and determined, the results show that long-term fitness run can prevent the increase of free radicals in the body to reduce the damage of free radicals on tissue cells, which play a role in anti-aging.
