产业集群是在分工基础上,由一群在地理上邻近且相互联系的产、供、销企业,以及与之发生各种互动联系的教育机构、研究机构、政府机构聚集而成的一种社会网络。本文梳理了网络视角下对企业衍生机制研究的国内外文献,主要从创业衍生、分工衍生、知识溢出衍生、创新衍生等四个方面评述了集群网络内企业的衍生机制。
Industrial cluster is a social network based on the division of labor, which consists of a group of geographically-related and interconnected production, supply and marketing enterprises as well as educational institutions, research institutes and government agencies that interact with each other in an interactive manner . This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the research on the derivative mechanism of enterprises from the network perspective, and reviews the derivative mechanism of the enterprises in the cluster network from four aspects: entrepreneurship derivation, division of labor derivative, knowledge spillover derivation and innovation derivation.
