探讨以组为单位的管理模式在重症医学科医院感染控制中的作用。组建5个医院感染工作小组,分别为呼吸机相关性肺炎控制小组、血管导管相关血流感染控制小组、导尿管相关尿路感染控制小组、多重耐药菌感染控制小组和提高手卫生的依从性小组,确定各组的目标,对重症医学科医院感染工作进行以组为单位的管理。实施1年,以组为单位的管理模式在重症学科医院感染控制中取得良好效果,有效降低了医院感染的发生率。
To explore the role of group-based management in the control of infection in intensive care hospitals. Five nosocomial infection working groups were set up, namely ventilator-associated pneumonia control group, vascular catheter-related bloodstream infection control group, catheter-related urinary tract infection control group, multiple drug-resistant bacterial infection control group and to improve hand hygiene compliance Sex groups, to determine the objectives of each group, the hospital for intensive care infection in the management of the unit. Implementation of 1 year, the group as a unit of management mode in severe hospital infection control has achieved good results, effectively reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections.
