众所周知,班主任工作琐碎、繁杂却又极其重要。在实际工作过程中,班主任往往感到身体累——班级工作事无巨细,事事关心;心理累——不知会偶发什么事,提心吊胆。这种身心俱疲的状态是极不利于班主任开展工作的。因此,班主任需要调节身心和调整状态,寻求更多样、更有效的工作方式,只有做好各方面协调工作才能使班主任联合各方面的教育力量,形成教育合力。同时,也能促成学生良好道德品质的形成,从而培养自我教育的能力。班主任做好协调工作,对于形成班级严谨的教风、勤奋的学风、团结的班风都具有非常积极的意义。
