研究了不同交联比(NaAlO2交联剂/PE92磷酸酯胶凝剂)对NaAlO2与PE92交联反应体系的pH值以及对磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液粘度的影响,并探讨了硫酸的浓度对磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液的最佳交联比、最佳交联pH值以及其耐温能力的影响.结果表明:(1)NaAlO2与PE92交联反应体系的pH值随着交联比的增大而增大;(2)磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液最佳交联pH值为440~4.60;(3)硫酸的浓度对磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液的最佳交联pH值没有影响,但磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液的最佳交联比随着硫酸浓度的增大而增大;(4)在磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液中加入硫酸后,可以使其耐温能力提高18℃左右.
The effects of different cross-linking ratios (NaAlO2 cross-linking agent / PE92 phosphate gelling agent) on the pH value of the crosslinking reaction system of NaAlO2 and PE92 and the viscosity of aluminum phosphate based gel-based fracturing fluid were studied. The influence of the concentration of sulfuric acid on the optimum cross-linking ratio, the optimum cross-linking pH value and the temperature tolerance of phosphate aluminum-based oil-based gel fracturing fluids. The results showed that: (1) The pH value of the crosslinking reaction system of NaAlO2 and PE92 increased with the increase of the cross-linking ratio; (2) The optimum cross-linking pH value of the phosphate aluminate gel-based fracturing fluid was 4 40 ~ 4.60; (3) The concentration of sulfuric acid has no effect on the optimum cross-linking pH of phosphate aluminate-based gel-free fracturing fluid, but the best one is phosphate-based aluminum-based gel- The cross-linking ratio increases with the increase of sulfuric acid concentration. (4) After the addition of sulfuric acid in the phosphate aluminum-based oil-based gel fracturing fluid, its temperature resistance can be increased by about 18 ℃.
