目的提高广大人民群众对肺结核病防治知识知晓率和肺结核病人的发现率,有效遏制肺结核病的流行蔓延。方法通过逐门逐户面对面宣传结核病防治知识,对入户登记的咳嗽咳痰多于2周并伴有其他肺结核症状的疑似病人到结防机构确诊等情况进行统计学分析。结果全市入户率为92.61%,宣传率为87.61%。登记疑似肺结核病人11489人,结防机构门诊就诊人数较上年同期上升94.55%,发现初治涂阳病人226例、复治涂阳病人29例、初治涂阴病人943例。结论通过面对面宣传,群众对结核病防治知识知晓率明显提高,可疑肺结核病人就诊率和涂阳肺结核病人发现率显著增加[1]。 Objective To improve the general population awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control and tuberculosis detection rate, effectively curb the spread of tuberculosis. Methods Through face-to-face promotion of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge by door-to-door, statistical analysis was made on the diagnosis of tuberculosis patients with suspected cough and sputum sputum more than 2 weeks accompanied by other tuberculosis symptoms. Results The city’s household registration rate was 92.61%, publicity rate was 87.61%. 11,489 people were registered as suspected tuberculosis patients. The number of outpatient clinics in the prevention and treatment institutions rose by 94.55% over the same period of last year. Of the 226 newly diagnosed smear-positive patients, 29 were smear-positive patients and 29 were smear-negative patients. Conclusion Through face-to-face publicity, people’s knowledge of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis was significantly improved, and the prevalence of suspicious tuberculosis patients and the detection rate of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were significantly increased [1].
