一、前言 目前所采用X线机照相的方法对骨矿物质含量的测定方法,是一种定性的测量方法, 而骨矿物质含量的定量测定在临床上是有着十分重要意义的,因为很多疾病,如甲状腺机能亢进,肾功能不全,内分泌疾病,严重肝病等,都会直接影响骨盐的含量。它们的表现是,一种是促进骨质的溶解,另一种是骨质的脱钙,再一种是骨质形成高钙,总之是出现骨矿物质含量的不正常;反之,骨矿物含量的不正常反映出人体有疾病存在,因而直接测量骨矿物质的含量有着十分重要的意义。
