目的对某选矿厂职业噪声接触水平控制效果进行评价,为其控制职业噪声提供有效的措施。方法使用现场调查法对某选矿厂噪声接触现状进行调查分析,并按《工作场所物理因素测量第8部分:噪声》(GBZ/T189.8-2007)进行噪声测量,评价噪声控制效果。结果噪声控制后各工种接触的最高噪声强度为99.8 d B(A),在佩戴耳塞(SNR 37 d B)的情况下各工种噪声接触水平均能符合职业接触限值的要求。结论某选矿厂主要从减振、隔声、吸声、个体防护4个方面对职业噪声接触水平进行了控制,噪声接触水平控制达到了预期效果。
Objective To evaluate occupational noise exposure level control effect in a dressing plant and provide effective measures for controlling occupational noise. Methods The site survey method was used to investigate the noise exposure of a concentrator. The noise was measured according to GBZ / T189.8-2007, and the noise control effect was evaluated according to “Part 8: Noise of Workplace Physical Factors Measurement” (GBZ / T189.8-2007). Results The highest noise intensity of each work contact after noise control was 99.8 d B (A). The noise exposure level of each type of work meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits when wearing earplugs (SNR 37 d B). Conclusion A dressing plant mainly controls occupational noise exposure from four aspects: vibration attenuation, sound insulation, sound absorption and individual protection. The noise exposure level control achieves the expected effect.
