针对传统链条抽油机的平衡机构和换向机构故障率较高、影响生产的问题,设计了一种新型链条抽油机。采用了重力平衡方式和挂钩换向方式,使平衡机构和换向机构极为简单,增加了整机的可靠性。该机不仅保持了传统链条抽油机的长冲程、节能、节材、减速器额定扭矩小等优点,而且克服了原有链条抽油机故障率高、野外适应性差的缺点,具有结构简单、安全可靠、运行平稳等优点。
Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of the balance mechanism and the reversing mechanism of the traditional chain pumping unit and affecting the production, a new type of chain pumping unit is designed. Using a balance of gravity and the way the pendulum for the balance, the balance mechanism and the reversing mechanism is extremely simple, an increase of the reliability of the machine. The machine not only maintains the advantages of traditional chain pumping unit such as long stroke, energy saving, material saving, and small rated torque of the reducer, but also overcomes the shortcomings of the original chain pumping unit with high failure rate and poor field adaptability, has the advantages of simple structure, Safe and reliable, stable operation and so on.
