由我院教师岳宝树、胡学宁等同志与沈阳市矿业建材质量检验站共同研制的《烧结普通砖强度无损检测微机系统》于9月26日通过了市级技术鉴定。该项技术采用非破损检测替代了传统的破坏性的强度检验方法,一次即可获得抗压、抗折两项强度指标,而且不再需要断砖、浸水、抹净浆、养生、加荷实验等项繁杂工序,将原3~4天的检验周期缩短为十几分钟,成百倍地提高了工效,并节省了大量的人力、物力,
The “Sintered Ordinary Brick Strength Nondestructive Testing Computer System” jointly developed by our teachers Yue Baoshu and Hu Xuening Comrades and the Shenyang Mining Materials Quality Inspection Station passed the municipal technical appraisal on September 26th. The technology uses non-destructive testing instead of the traditional destructive strength testing method, and it can obtain two strength indexes of compression and bending resistance at one time, and it is no longer necessary to break bricks, soak water, wipe pulp, health, and loading experiments. Such complicated procedures will shorten the original 3 to 4 days inspection cycle to more than 10 minutes, which will improve the ergonomics by a factor of 100 and save a lot of manpower and material resources.
