It has been reported that amygdalin (1), prunin (2) and related compounds 3 to 6 were isolated from peach kernels. This time, the content of the constituents in the peach kernels from different places of origin was discussed and their anti-tumor effects were also explored. Quantification of commercially available products and 1 to 6 of peach kernels in various provinces in China was performed by HPLC. In the past, 3 to 6 of the peach kernel components were all contained in the same ratio. And 1 to 6 all have inhibitory effects on the early antigen activation of EBV.
