A new British study shows that drinking orange juice every day can help improve the mental health of the elderly. Orange juice contains a specific chemical composition that flavonoids, in less than two months, can significantly improve memory, language and responsiveness. The team conducted an 8-week survey of 37 volunteers, each volunteer drinking 500 ml of orange juice daily. At the beginning and the end of the experiment, researchers examined their memory, response time, and oral presentation, respectively, and scored their overall cognitive abilities.
