随着“互联网+”时代的到来,实践教学同网络的整合势在必行。现行中高职院校校外实践教学中存在着一定的问题,迫切需要探索新的管理模式来解决。本文以我校与广州南沙大酒店的校企合作模式为例,探讨互联网+背景下校外实践教学新的管理模式,希望为酒店管理专业的实践教学改革及创新提供一定参考。 With the advent of “Internet + ” era, the integration of practice teaching with the network is imperative. There are some problems in the practice teaching outside the current vocational colleges, and there is an urgent need to explore new management models to solve them. This paper takes the mode of school-enterprise cooperation between our university and Guangzhou Nansha Hotel as an example to discuss the new management mode of off-campus practical teaching under the background of internet +, hoping to provide certain reference for the practical teaching reform and innovation of hotel management specialty.
