研究了AZ61镁合金在应力诱发熔体激活法(SIMA)制备半固态坯料过程中预变形量、等温温度和保温时间对其组织的影响。试验样品经过0、22%、40%的预变形和不同等温热处理条件处理,结果表明,制备AZ61 镁合金半固态非枝晶组织的理想工艺参数为形变量22%、等温温度595℃、保温时间40min。未预变形AZ61镁合金不宜进行半固态制坯。
The effect of pre-deformation, isothermal temperature and holding time on the microstructure of AZ61 magnesium alloy during the preparation of semi-solid billet by SIMA was investigated. The experimental samples were subjected to 0,22%, 40% pre-deformation and different isothermal heat treatment conditions. The results show that the ideal process parameters for the preparation of semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy non-dendritic microstructure are 22% deformation, isothermal temperature 595 ℃, Holding time 40min. Pre-deformed AZ61 magnesium alloy should not be semi-solid billet.
