以南方农村使用的脚踏式脱粒机驱动机构为研究对象,提出了驱动机构的最佳形式和设计要求,用常规设计法作了理论分析和设计计算。并进行了优化设计,取得了满意效果。本方法也适用于以人脚踏力为动力的任何一种机械的动力转换装置。
Taking the driving device of the pedal-type thresher in the rural area of southern China as the research object, the optimal form and design requirements of the driving mechanism are put forward, and the theoretical analysis and design calculation are made by the conventional design method. And optimized design, and achieved satisfactory results. This method is also applicable to any type of mechanical power conversion device powered by human foot force.
